the location was perfect, right next to the main square. the room was super clean and cozy, with nice soundproofing against the square's noise. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, they were always available for assistance. the rooftop terrace was pleasant.

the breakfast arrangement at a nearby restaurant offered a set menu with limited choices, it didn't quite cater to my preferences.

The hotel is very close to the square. This allows for easy access to many attractions. the immediate area felt secure, i noticed good security measures were in place. taxis were readily available just outside the hotel each morning.

My room included air conditioning, it worked very well. This kept me comfortable! the room had a mini-fridge, helpful for storing drinks. i found the room to be of a good size with sufficient storage space.

The rooftop terrace had comfortable chairs and greenery. It was nice! a good security system was operational, it gave me added peace of mind. netflix was available on the tv. That was a nice bonus.

The location was EXCELLENT, just steps from the square. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day, a relaxing space to unwind. My wife enjoyed her spa treatments. She found it invigorating. It felt secure. Security personnel were present.

the location was great close to the square in the medina. the staff were friendly and abdallah was cute. they responded quickly to messages i sent. the room was large enough and included a wardrobe and a separate ensuite bathroom

i booked breakfast included however there is no restaurant in the hotel. the restaurant is a short walk away. they only offered one glass of juice and a cup of tea or coffee if i wanted more drinks i had to pay extra.
